Flooring: For exports to the US, it meets EPA TSCA Title VI (formaldehyde ≤ 0.05ppm) and California CARB certification; for exports to the EU, it complies with CE (EN 14342 standard) and E0 environmental grade (formaldehyde ≤ 0.124mg/m³). Wooden doors simultaneously meet EU REACH and US ASTM environmental requirements, and third-party test reports are available upon request.

All timbers are eligible for FSC COC (Chain of Custody) certification, and certificates can be provided for buyers to verify. Flooring and wooden doors have obtained market access certifications for major global markets (EU CE, US EPA, ASEAN TISI), allowing direct export to more than 20 countries, including Europe, the US, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, with complete customs clearance documents.

We only use non-endangered wood species such as oak, walnut, and ash (all excluded from the CITES Appendices), so no import and export permits for endangered species are needed. If customers specify special wood species, we will inform them of compliance risks in advance and assist with relevant documentation.

MOQ for standard products: 1000 ㎡ per type for flooring, 50 sets per type for wooden doors. Small trial orders are acceptable (500 ㎡ for flooring, 20 sets for wooden doors). Trial order prices will be quoted separately, and the price difference can be deducted from subsequent repeat orders.

Customizable options include: wood species (oak, walnut, etc.), dimensions (length, width & thickness of flooring/opening size of wooden doors), finishes (matte, high-gloss, custom colors), surface treatments (brushed, hand-scraped, embossed), and laser logo engraving (optional for wooden doors).

Lead time: 15–20 days for flooring, 25–30 days for wooden doors, excluding shipping time.

Samples can be applied via our website form or email. Standard samples (1 piece of flooring: 200×200mm, 1 small panel sample of wooden door) are free; you only need to bear the international shipping cost (DHL / FedEx collect or prepaid). Custom samples require a mold fee: 300 RMB per type for flooring, 500 RMB per type for wooden doors, which will be fully refunded after a bulk order is confirmed.

Payment terms: T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of bill of lading), L/C (letter of credit, including usance L/C).

Trade terms: EXW, FOB (Ningbo / Shanghai), CIF, adjustable per client’s request. Quotations include ex-factory price and customs declaration fee, excluding destination taxes and duties.

Delivery time for regular orders: 20–25 days for flooring, 30–35 days for wooden doors (including production and customs clearance).

Shipping methods: ocean freight (mainstream, 40HQ / 20GP containers), air freight (for urgent orders, delivery in 7–10 days), and express delivery (for samples or small batches, delivery in 3–5 days). We can assist in contacting our partnered freight forwarders or use your designated forwarder.

A full set of customs clearance documents is provided free of charge: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin (CO / FORM A / FORM E), product certification (EPA / CE / FSC), and TSCA compliance statement (exclusive for exports to the United States). For wooden packaging, a fumigation certificate and IPPC marking will be provided to ensure smooth customs clearance at the destination port.

Flooring: independent moisture-proof film packaging + 5-layer corrugated carton + pallet reinforcement.

Wooden doors: foam corner protectors + moisture-proof bags + hard cartons + wooden crates for fixation.

All packaging has passed transportation impact tests, with a damage rate controlled within 0.5%. If damage occurs during transit, we can assist in providing claim documents.

The normal installation wastage rate is 3%–5% for regular rectangular rooms, and 5%–8% for irregular layouts or large-sized flooring (≥1200mm). Flooring can be installed via floating, full adhesive, or nailing methods. It is suitable for living rooms, bedrooms, hotels, offices, and other spaces, and can be used normally with underfloor heating.

Wooden doors are supplied as finished products by default (including door frames, hinges, and lock holes). Customization is available for left-hand opening, right-hand opening, inward opening, and outward opening. They fit standard international opening sizes (can be precisely customized to client-provided dimensions). Installation must be performed by professional technicians; installation videos and manuals can be provided.

Maintenance tips: Avoid sharp scratches on the flooring, wipe regularly with a dry or slightly damp cloth, and apply wood care oil once a year. Keep wooden doors away from long-term direct sunlight and humid environments, and lubricate hinges regularly.

Warranty: 10 years for residential use / 5 years for commercial use on flooring, 5 years on wooden doors. The warranty covers warping, cracking, and paint peeling (excluding man-made damage).

Please provide photos and videos of damage or quality issues within 7 days after receipt. After verification, we will provide: free replacement of the corresponding quantity, price discount (deduction based on the defective ratio), or return (only for serious bulk quality problems, shipping fees to be negotiated by both parties).

Non-artificial damages during the warranty period will be provided with free repair parts.

Chinese and English installation manuals and video tutorials are provided free of charge. If required, we can arrange technicians for on-site guidance (fees to be charged separately, including travel and service fees). We can also assist with remote troubleshooting via video conference.
