With the Imminent Implementation of the New National Standard, DEIF Preemptively Deploys E0-Grade Environmental Products to Build a Solid Quality Line for the Wood Industry

Recently, with the mandatory national standard GB 18580-2025 "Limit of Formaldehyde Emission from Wood-based Panels and Their Products for Indoor Decoration and Renovation Materials" to be officially implemented on June 1, 2026, the wood industry is facing a major test of environmental protection upgrading. The E0 grade has become the mandatory access threshold for indoor wood-based panel products, accelerating the industry reshuffle. As a professional wood product manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, and sales, relying on the mature wood industry foundation in Qidu Town, Suzhou City, DEIF has completed the environmental protection upgrading of its products in advance. All series of its wooden flooring and wooden doors meet the E0 grade environmental protection standard, taking the lead in complying with the new national standard requirements and setting a benchmark for the industry transformation.

It is reported that DEIF is located on the bank of Taihu Lake in Qidu Town, Suzhou City, with a modern garden-style industrial park and a complete production system. With its sound R&D strength, it integrates the concept of environmental protection into the entire production process. From raw material selection to production and processing, it strictly controls the formaldehyde emission, ensuring that the product's formaldehyde emission is ≤0.050mg/m³, far exceeding the requirements of the new national standard. At the same time, it has passed third-party authoritative testing and can provide complete test reports for customers to verify. For the overseas market, DEIF has simultaneously laid out environmental certifications such as EU REACH and US EPA TSCA Title VI, responding to international green trade barriers in advance and balancing the needs of domestic environmental protection upgrading and overseas export compliance.

The relevant person in charge of DEIF said that the implementation of the new national standard is an inevitable trend for the high-quality development of the industry and an important opportunity for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. In the future, DEIF will continue to increase investment in environmental protection technology R&D, deepen the green production model, promote the upgrading of products to the ENF grade environmental protection standard, and at the same time, rely on the complete production system to provide safer and more environmentally friendly wooden flooring, wooden doors and indoor woodworking solutions for domestic and foreign markets, helping the wood industry achieve green transformation.
